Have mostly used Macs since I moved on from the Atari 400 in 1989. A majority of the time the Macs have been rock solid from 1989 to current. No real hard drive failures. Mostly just keyboards wearing out after like... seven years. Lately I have had to deal with the unfortunate aspect of my Macs from 2011 not getting system security updates. Jerks at Apple, who do they think they are not supporting my computer from... almost a decade ago. Luckily I have a friend that is in the IT field and he passes on his older Macs to me, which are newer than what I have.

Actually liked Ghostbusters 2016 for one reason: it hinted to me that there was something bigger going on. With all the original actors throughout the movie it hinted that maybe there was a mind wipe of the previous movies events except for maybe the original characters. The original characters were overseeing a strange resurgence of people remembering the Ghostbusters as things fell into place much as they did before. Either it was building up to an amazing reveal like that, or is was just a crap script with a lot of fan service and cameos.

Nope other things came up. Congrats Clint!

Hey Bubsy fans, just a quick note to say Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!! You've all been great, looking forward to more Bubsy adventures with all of yous in the next year! Here is a picture you can send to your friends! Other Christmas things going on as 2020 wraps up... And I want to throw in pictures of a cat from one of the Bubsy fans, this is Doctor Clu's cat, Pika who is not wearing a T-Shirt, but still dressed for the holidays! Anyway have a great one out there, know you are loved as you leave 2020, and let others know that too. And like Bubsy, be your own biggest fan. - The Bubsy Bobcat Fan Blog

For anyone else curious, it's the "select" key.

Can you post a picture of the blue one? Burn! LOL!! Well post up a picture. Reminds me of a Asteriods shirt I had in grade school that said "#1 Ace of Space". I'm sure it's around somewhere. I have worn out several of those shirts. I see people wearing these all the time, but gave up asking people about Atari as it seems like it, with so many, "Just something retro and a cool shirt".

Hahah, that was fun. I used to try to fly under the bridges. Also, think it would be cool if you could land in the enemy air strip.

I would like to see what is compiled at some point. Just wanted to say, it's 2020 and I still got it!! (I've been playing the cartridge version, anyone know what the pause key is? Space bar is not it.)

Can you take some pictures of the jackets?

When I got back into Atari in 1999 GoAtari.com was still around and they said "Business was steady" which gave me some relief. I hadn't completely missed the party. I bought a Atari Jaguar hat which I still have, I think I got some badges, and I believe they sent me a catalog. Looks like even they didn't have the water bottles, though I thought they did.

So what is your favorite Atari merchandise? Favorite hat, shirt, wallet, keychain, plush, toy, etc. if it's Atari related we want to see it! Starting this off, was always a big fan of the Atari jackets. I saw then when I was in grade school and was happy to get two of them in a box of things that were passed along by another Atari hobbyist. (If you have two of them, don't store them together). So what about the rest of you?

Atari Jaguar fan site frozen in time since 2000

I reported it. Gotta at least try.

NOW I'm seeing the value of VCS. I need a good console Steam system. And personally, it would be the first system I could play four different Bubsy games on (as they are on Steam). Ok, past nostalgia, this could be worthwhile.

How is the VCS for those of you that have one? Is it worth picking up?

Give them a call. See if they want to sell their non-working Jaguar display.
-
Here in Dallas there are Atari Jaguars that seem to be on display and naturally non-working ones. Game Over in Arlington, Texas has two currently. See if they want to make a few bucks. They are a chain store, I bet they have quite a few more. https://gameovervideogames.com
