Unboxing and first impressions of the playability of this brand new Super Famicom 1 on 1 fighter!! Released today - April 10th 2017
-
Yes, that's right. Start and select on the title screen to enter the options on Thunder Spirits.

Hehe, cool. Which ones do you own? I'm lucky enough to own all of them besides the arcade version. Auto fire is a God send. Playing the Arcade game is tiring. The SFC version also has auto fire but it's rather slow. Finally, R-Type II arrives to Battle of the Ports. Let's take a look at 7 different ports.

One game that I could finish with one credit on mania setting back in the day when the reflexes were still good.

WM's Magical Game Factory: ProjectY for Mega Drive/Genesis
Yakumo1975 replied to 108 Stars's topic in Sega Genesis
Ordered and paid for the Japanese special edition. So looking forward to this one. 80mbit cartridge! That's bigger than many early Neo Geo games. Truly an amazing feature. And what's with the 24 channels of audio? Does this cart feature so. E extra sound processing? -
Hey, Happy third birthday to the Neo Geo thread. It was also my son's birthday on the 25th. Whe just so happened to play some shock troopers on that day too

It's not Commando but it looks like Rambo - Battle of the Ports Ikari Warriors.

The game that started the never ending series, the original Street Fighter on this week's Battle of the Ports - Show #161

I I used to love those table top games. They were like the elite gamers choice. Over the LCD games. I had a few back I the day such as Scramble and Pac-man. Also the tank and car Tomy 3D games.

Thanks man. Sadly I can't work on Segagaga Domain any more due to time constraints but I am keeping it online for anyone that wants to reference Saturn games.

Framemeister production drawing to a close.
Yakumo1975 replied to keepdreamin's topic in Classic Console Discussion
The price will never drop that much if at all. I've been selling Micomsoft products for years including the Framemeister (sold over 200 units) and I can honestly say that prices go up or stay around the same area. Even the XRGB 3 which is about 5 years old now still keeps its value. Even the Selecty 21, a 21 pin RGB switch box can sell for retail price used on Yahoo Auctions and that thing is getting on in years now. -
Mega Drive through RGB is bliss. I've been using RGB on all consoles that supported it or had a mod since 1988. I just couldn't accept anything less.

You know, I have no idea. I think they're only for points although I haven't paid much attention. Hehe, Flying scorpions is a good way to describe those things but to be they're defiantly Gauntlet ghosts People have been asking about this one for a while now so here it is Battle of the ports - Rampage

Thanks I may go back and add CC to the other videos lacking the scroll bar. I have the scripts so it's just a case of timing them. Yeah, I'm getting the hang of Vegas now. Still wanting to know how to do more effects with it but that will come with time I guess. I'm glad people are liking the CC via YouTube. New video out today, the $5 dollar NES / Famicom handheld

It's time to look at one of Sega's first System 24 games. Battle of the Ports - Scramble Spirits

Video Game Console You Never Stopped Playing
Yakumo1975 replied to TemplarXB's topic in Classic Console Discussion
While I have 9 consoles all connected to the TV and amp there are still a few key games that I always come back to time and time again. Mega Drive - Bare Knuckle 2, Thunder Force series SFC - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Time Saturn - Daytona, Sega Rally Dreamcast - Shenmue those games are some I always come back to time and time again. Of course I play hundreds of other games, old and new and come back to them but none as much as the above. As for how my consoles are hooked up to the TV, well anything lower than Dreamcast is RGB of course and always have been. Only difference now is that they go through a Framemeister. Dreamcast was RGB but now HDMI, PS2 is D-Terminal (component) and all modern stuff is HDMI. No matter how old or new the console is though they all play audio via the 5.1 surround sound amp. -
My attempt at bringing Hdmi HD output to the Dreamcast. It actually works with no added lag too.

I've been asked for this one a lot over the past year so I finally got around to making it. Battle of the Ports - Primal Rage

NOTE: I've been having some major issues with my capture and editing PC recently. My normal software for editing Battle of the Ports, TraxaxPC decided it wanted to be registered again. Problem is that TraxAx is no longer on-line so I can't get the reg' code validated. Meaning I have software that's of no use now. Thanks to stupid digital media. So I moved on to Sony Vegas Pro but that kept crashing during editing then kept freezing every time I tried to render the video. I ended up editing the show again for the 3rd time on some crappy software known as VideoPad Video Editor. It really is rubbish. I couldn't even alter volume tracks and the way it works is so counter-intuitive. It's horrible software. Anyway, that's why this show was late and looks cheaply edited. Oh, and no scrolling text bar either Time Code 00:11 - Arcade 02:21 - Apple ][ 03:59 - MD Dos 05:52 - Famicom / NES 08:28 - All versions side by side Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsDZHQzJoLA&list=PLjnUa-_dnEnOMQCg61rwbUqM75P-ko9Yd&index=0
