1. Sunsoft's first Neo Geo game and what a surprise, it's a fighter
2. Finally the new Retro Core has been released. Man, this took an age to put together. Retro Core 5 Volume 18 - The Mega CD
3. Quite a fitting game for the Halloween season. This week on Battle of the Ports we take a look at Wardner No Mori, also known as Pyros in the American arcades.
4. More Taito goodness on this week's Battle of the Ports with Darius Gaiden.
5. I remember these I remember these. Had quite a few my self back in the day. Pretty sure they came out in 2014 or 2013. Did you ever collect the Metal Slug tanks and characters which they also released? They were pretty detailed however you had to paint them yourself Now that is one amazing collection. Someone with a great deal of cash for sure but still an amazing collection.!
6. Another true classic this week featuring two japanese exclusive mobile ports.
7. Recently bought an Everdrive for the Super Famicom. Thought it came with the DSP chip included but I guess not. Oh well, no big loss as there aren't any DSP chip games I want to play which I don't own anyway.
8. Well, were you guys right ? It's time to head back to the Mid 80's with what I think is the best animated laser disc game ever, Road Blaster!
9. No, they didn't and thank God for that. Europe didn't have it either from what I remember.
10. Not a new Retro Core video but a new series that exists for my son. You see he wanted to be on some of my videos so a new series was started. I bring you, Honest Let's Play the pilot episode.
11. I'm lucky enough to live in a country with hundreds of quality game stores. Saying that I also buy an awful lot from Yahoo Auctions too.
12. I've got a great one coming up for this Saturdays show. Just filmed 4 ports of it with a few more to video tomorrow the hint is that this game is kind of related to Double Dragon but it's not be Technos nor is it a fighting game.
13. In general the American Sega Ads were cringe worthy, especially the shit they came out with during the Mega CD and Saturn period. The best series of ads would be the Japanese Segata-san Shiro however special mention must go to the excellent European Sega ads of the Mega Drive days. They were pure class.
14. It doesn't take normal Mega Drive carts. These days all the pirate console makers use their own proprietary cartridges. They can be bought in Asia and Russia with loads of games per cartridge
15. Target Earth or to give it its real name, Assault Suit Leynos was developed by NCS Misaya. Dreamworks are just the American distributors. This is a great game though and a tough one at that if you just try to bomb right through it. You should also try out the flow ups Assault suit Valken on the Super Famicom or Cybernator as it was called and censored in the West. And also Assault Suit Leynos II on the Saturn. All games were developed by NCS Misaya although Cybernator was published by Konami in the West.
16. Last week the PlayStation fanboys were upset that Soukyugurentai wasn't as good as the saturn port. Well, this week I think they'll be happy
17. Another weekend and another show. Great game again this week.

19. Yeah, it's one of my most liked Konami arcade games from that time along with Turtles in Time.
20. As the title says Actually, this unit doesn't seem to be based upon those crappy At Games consoles
21. It's time to head off to the wild west in this week's Battle of the Ports.
