I like it myself...It just kind of *Popped!*, like an actual cartoon come to life, but yeah most people seem to either love it or hate it...

While I did find the acting to be good, and Speed, his family, Trixie, Racer X, the Mach 5, and the Mammoth Car were faithful to the source; there was too much CG, too many bits from American cartoons and F-Zero, and the editing was unconductive to the race scenes.
