  1. I love my Electribe MX, but it has two problems that I need to fix. One is that all the modulation depth lights go on while having nothing display on the LCD; another is the LCD becoming garbled and it occasionally responds. If anyone here has owned an Electribe MX or SX and has dealt with that problem, I'd like to know how to fix it.

Is that one of the Korg sampler/synth workstations?  I'd be of no help unfortunately...I have an older Electribe, but found it unruly and never got into it, (Hard to teach a Roland Guy Korg Tricks?  Something like that) anyhow I tucked it away and nearly forgot about it I guess...

@DragonGrafx-16It's one of the older ones, came before the USB models, but after the third generation. (ER MkII, EA MkII, ES MkII, and EM MkII.) To be specific, it's an EMX1 SD.

@GoldLeaderYes, it is. Which Electribe model is yours by any chance?

      Here's a photo of mine.

@GoldLeader Actually the Electribes are much easier to use than the early Roland grooveboxes... I had an MC-303 a long time ago and it was pretty bad... also the fact that the instrument (synths, etc) sounds were based on the JV synths but without any multisamples so it sounds horrible on the really high octaves.  Also I might be interested in buying your Electribe (depends on what model it is) if you still have it.
