C-19 - Day 25
I tried to do some stuff yesterday, so I am feeling quite delicate this morning. Chest hurts quite a bit but it feels more like I'm a bit bruised up which I suppose when you think about it, I probably am. All that coughing puts a test on your lungs which are probably feeling a bit tender because of it. Going to take some pain relief soon, I'll try to do some stuff today and rest from the early evening.
Supermarket contacted with with a priority shopping slot, so I'll be ordering some of the healthy good stuff like Salmon, Haddock and Cod Fillets, Chicken Breast, Diced Pork, leafy green vegetables and potatoes and onions.
I might even make a tuna and pasta bake today, from scratch.
I can finally start to eat healthy again, coinciding with feeling better. Seems like a plan !
Thanks for all your support everybody it means a lot and has helped me. You've all given me some positivity and I thank you ⭐ -
I love the old Holden Monaro.

Signed up for free Stadia promo. Bad UX on non-optimized platform. Migraine ensued. Already looking forward to deleting. If that's the future of gaming, count me out!

I sure wish there was a class at STEM-based Universities for learning about legacy programming languages. I feel like it's a seriously missed opportunity.

Doom 2016 & Eternal = What Thief 2014 should have been. (Read: A proper and excellent re-imagining.)

My Mac 512k turned out to be a 512k upgraded to be a 512ke, and I ended up paying $45 instead of $125 because the bezel was cracked during shipping.

If there is one thing that the Street Fighter cartoon got right, having the Beast Wars and ReBoot crew on voices would be that.

Won't be allowed on my campus for a full two weeks, which is a real bummer because I have a really hard time completing my classes online 😕

My old copy of Sonic CD got bit rot and started freezing up at a couple different points, so I trashed it and bought a replacement on eBay. The replacement copy of Sonic CD arrived today and it's riddled with bit rot too. I am just not having any luck with this game >_<

Is it weird that RealPlayer is outlasting Flash?

I've been on R-Type fix for the past few days.

My daughter happened upon the megaman cartoon from 1994, I think it's easily the best video game cartoon I've seen

Been playing drums for over 40 years... Still can't do the "Rosanna shuffle".
...It's the damn ghost notes in combination with the hi-hat.
(I have a similar issue with "Fool In The Rain")

I don't wanna be a drama queen, but I feel like the 2020s are going to be one of the worst decades ever.
-
I bought Taito Legends 2 so I could play Gun Frontier and Metal Black. Those are some pricey games on Saturn, so this'll have to do.
-
Viz Media's Sailor Moon re-dub: Much better than the original, and for once, Cristina Vee doesn't sound obnoxious. To be fair, the original, censored-to-hell dub had some surprisingly good voice performances. (Namely, Naz Edwards as Queen Beryl, Tony Daniels as Wiseman and Jadeite, and Jill Frappier as Luna.)

How feasible would it be to make a Sega Saturn Homebrew Game?

It's a bummer Rockstar made the first two GTA games practically impossible to get digitally.

After a decade of searching I have the Bubsy plush!

Man, Hoyt Curtain sure made some great music for Hanna Barbera cartoons. Especially Super Friends and Wacky Races!

A dear friend called sobbing this morning. Her son (20 years old) passed away this morning at 4am. He's been battling a rare genetic condition all his life. There's a gofundme campaign if you'd like to help. Prayers and good vibes are also appreciated. What a sad way to ring in the new year.
