@Guitari: Glad I'm not the only one who noticed.
@Turbo Laser Lynx: You aren't the only one here who's passionate about classic cartoons, and animation in general. I also say that you're better at drawing sprites for the Lynx than me, or most official developers for that matter.

Is it just me, or do this game's graphics kind of resemble Psychic World on the Master System and Game Gear?
-
Thanks for clarifying that, Karri.
-
So, I know that the Lynx can display 16 out of 4,096 colors. However, how many colors can be used in a tile, sprite, or metasprite? Truth be told, I always wanted to make my own Lynx game, but still look forward to more chapters in your tutorial.

It looks better than Mighty No. 9, and Mega Man's voice actually fits this time. One of the few gripes I had with Powered Up was some of the voices didn't really fit, and Garry Chalk still was the best when it came to voicing Gutsman and Bomb Man. (Yes, He and the rest of the Beast Wars and ReBoot crew worked on the '90s Capcom cartoons.)
As for X7, if Capcom had modeled the gameplay mechanics after Ratchett & Clank, it could have been better. Hmm, maybe I should do a How I would Fix Mega Man X7 video?
-
A Star Wars game on the Lynx? I never thought that would be possible.

Damn, those screenshots are impressive. So, which programs did you use for your game's graphics?
-
Those screenshots you posted have some of the nicest pixel art for the system.
-
I really like the title screen you did there, Karri.
-
It may be different, but the novelty isn't enough.
-
Maybe you should cover Darius, Rastan Saga, Raimais, Cadash, Baraduke, Strider, or even Sunsoft's Batman?
-
Now, THIS is a cover!

Breywood/Shackled
Data East made their own Gauntlet clone, and I dare any programmer here to port this to the 7800.

Kyros no Yakata/Desolator

I wanted to know about drawing sprites for the Jaguar. Namely:
-How many colors per sprite?
-Do they always have to be arranged vertically like a film strip?
-How tall and/or wide can they be?
As for what I draw sprites with, it's Paint.NET.
-
I forgot to include Night Striker on my list.
^This is the Sega CD version.

@Atari Pac-Man Fan: Ooooh, Truxton 1 and 2 would be perfect.
@Stage_1_Boss: Maybe I should have included the Sharp X68000, NEC PC-98, and Fujitsu FM Towns on this...
-
I have thought about including CEM3394, SN76477, and SN76496 chips in specialized carts, but doubt that those chips are still in production; don't know where to buy them; and producing compatible PCBs would be costly.
-
@VladR: So I also take it as it would require a lot of planning and code optimization for processing speed?
-
So, I take it as a "yes".
-
I was wondering if the Jaguar was capable of transparency effects a la the Super NES and 3DO? I know that the Sega Saturn could only do it in very limited amounts.
-
I forgot to include Xexex/Orius on the list.
-
@sd32: It just so happens that John Szczpeniak of Hardcore Gaming 101 interviewed the creators of Osman/Cannon Dancer.

If you and numerous others are up for the challenge, I say go for it.
@Trooper Galactus: Was there an actual Jaguar R-Type port? (Need evidence to confirm)
Some more of mine:
Data East
-Bad Dudes vs Dragon Ninja
Technosoft
-Thunder Force AC (Which was the arcade version of TF 3, but with more levels. It was ported to the Super NES as Thunder Spirits. Hmm, a Jaguar version of TF 3 that has all the levels and bosses from all three versions would be grade A-mazing.)
Seibu Kaihatsu
-Raiden 2
-Viper Phase 1
Allumer
-Rezon (But with enhanced music and gameplay)
Technos
-Xain'd Sleena
-Shadow Force (aka what we wanted a game based off the Double Dragon cartoon to be)
Namco
-Soul Edge
-Splatterhouse
-Nebulas Ray
NMK
-Riot (talking about obscure)
Taito
-Rastan Saga 2 (but with improvements to the gameplay and levels)
-Space Gun
-Gekirindan
-Space Invaders '95/Akkanvader

I'd like to throw in Park Patrol.
