It's worked with my attenna box on channel 3. The TV can auto find channels

The attachment is an image of the adapter I have. I have the TV set to channel 3. I am using a coaxial cable with the adapter. The coaxial cable is hooked up to the antenna input, so it should be RCA to RF

My Atari 2600 won't display anything on my RCA TV. I've tried it with a different TV and it worked. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? I am using a display adapter
