Neo 64

I do not have it, and looking at the console I cannot see any other issues, so I am going to order a pro-pow 3 adapter. It Hass been 43 days since I have had a Neo Geo, and I am ready to get one working again.

Well I think I have found the issue. My console says that it accepts only pro pow 3 and I am using a pro power 2 box. Hopefully that is the only problem with this console...

Well, I got a new Neo Geo and when it arrived and I plugged it in it did not work. There is no clicking just a messed up screen. When I opened it up it was really dusty inside. It seemed that no one had opened it before, as the pads were hard to remove. I was looking around the board as it was a much later revision than my previous one. I assumed it would be ntsc because it came from japan but when I opened it there was one small wire going from a chip to a PAL part of the board. Also, on the part of the board that said ntsc only there was nothing. I don't know what the issue is but if anyone has anyone has ideas on what it could be that would be helpful.

I was looking at all the ACA releases and saw Power Spikes 2 on there. I was wondering, why would they ever release Power Spikes 2?

Well, I added a green LED to my Neo Geo and it looks good! Too bad my Neo Geo is not working right now, because I am in the middle of a unibios install.

Collection is looking good. Now at 32 games!

Well, I swapped the v3 and v4 ROMs and the sound effects fixed themselves. Now, I have a fully working copy of Puzzle Bobble!

Well, the guide I used siad that the V roms do not go by the standard lettering syestem, and he did this wrong and it caused sound effects to be corrupted. That is the same problem I have but he does not elaborate further. Does anyone know whta places the V ROMs have to be moved to?

Well, I was doing a conversion of Puzzle Bobble and when I plugged it in there was no sound. I sodered a wire in the wrong place and then the sound came up. I was sloppy when I was desodering the M1 chip form Samurai Shodown 2 so I pulled up some pads. I rewired them to work. So, the graphics are fine but the sound is bad. The main sound track of the game is fine but extra sound effects and voices are corrupted. Does anyone know what may be the issue?

I was looking around the internet and I saw a bunch of weird games on the Neo Geo like King of Fighters 2004 special plus or Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. I was wondering, who made these games and how long did they come out for? Also, did SNK ever pursue legal action against the companies?

Well, right now I am looking at best offering a copy of KOF '95. After that, I plan to either get Bust a Move or Goal Goal Goal, whichever I can find for the cheapest.

Well, I finally got the Puzzle De Pon! conversion to work. I had to swap out the board for a Samurai Shodown 2 board. Here is a before and after.

Hopefully this does not mean bankruptcy, but I find it a possibility. Kraut Buster was most likely a mistake financially for them.

Way too much money for something that I do not use enough. I can see why some people would want to do that, but I would never spend my money on that.
