Minor scuffs on the label, but label is not ripped and looks fresh. This is my childhood game cart and I bought it new at purchase. I've cared for it. Manual: Memory waving throughout, back & front cover of manual have some wear, but insides are terrific aside from the memory wave. 2 Maps: One of these is also suffering from memory wave, the other is flat. Both are in excellent condition otherwise. Box: Fair condition. One of the top "flaps" has a tear in it. Box has been stored flat for many years. Strategy Guide: Comes with Dust Cover & Strategy Guide. Both DC & Guide have identical illustrations on them to avoid confusion. The dust cover is in fair condition, the guide itself is in Good condition. Both the guide and the DC have a memory wave in them toward the bottom right corner.
