  1. How about a preliminary intro screen based on Scott Ross' artwork as well?
  2. Not a game but Pro-Pix by Adventure International would be great to have (also because Russ Wetmore converted it).
  3. I was checking some old issues of Tajemnice Atari and noticed a number of commercial programs not available anywhere: Zmierzch by LK Avalon (likely never released): https://archive.org/details/tajemnice-atari-1991-05/page/n11/mode/2up https://archive.org/details/tajemnice-atari-1991-05/page/n31/mode/2up Koło Fortuny (A. Ziętkiewicz): https://archive.org/details/tajemnice-atari-1993-01_02/page/n9/mode/2up Programs by M. Kutrzeba: https://archive.org/details/tajemnice-atari-1993-06_07/page/n9/mode/2up Does anybody have more details on these titles?
  4. List of missing software updated to V1.4: List_of_Missing_Software_Version_1.4.pdf
  5. Thanks for reaching out. @Farb is definitely your best bet if you want your software archived. Both sites collaborate so no jealousy but the Atari Software Preservation Initiative is more focused on commercial titles from original disks / tapes / carts and very in-depth analysis. Atarimania does a bit of everything and is also interested in PD / freeware / shareware / magazine programs. If you have an additional list of copied disks, please feel free to post it as well as this is often where you find rare programs.
  6. Quite amazing there were that many companies into this niche market producing software / hardware for the Atari. I remember seeing a scrolling message with the standard Atari font running on a hotel channel in Las Vegas as late as 1998!
  7. Would love to see an attempt at Todd Rundgren's A Wizard, A True Star. Seems to have potential with so many colors but I can't get a decent result with the settings I use.
  8. I know, it's just that the sleeves you see on the picture clearly say "TRS-80" and the disk drive looks like this: https://bramanswanderings.com/2014/09/25/1982-computer-prices/
  9. The death jingle is on the bigger disk version only. Still, I'm not sure why you would use the smaller tape edition. This one only shows the skull with no music when you die but it doesn't have the custom font and eliminates the high score list. Way less polished.
  10. I noticed Ron Hartman (K-Byte) sent a picture of a Jeep diagnostic cartridge in 2016. Was this program ever dumped?
  11. Probably this one: http://pvb.free.fr/Atari/Atari_Index.htm
  12. There were two or three specific titles that you could use to keep high scores but I don't think any has been dumped or found. One of them was Hi Score Database by Dynacomp written by Jerry White (who also wrote a similar program for bowlers and golfers).
  13. Many thanks for doing this, there was a long lost commercial game on one of the MACE disks: http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-400-800-xl-xe-computhello_36093.html I went through nearly all the ads from No Frills Software in various Atari publications and was amazed to see there were some 50+ releases! Do you know whether the disks uploaded above were commercial offerings? I couldn't locate any of them in the ads under the titles you gave them. Could it be there were even more disks available than what was shown in various ads? Was Miller Made an official title for a particular series of disks or does it have a special meaning? Please post anything else you may have
  14. Computhello found: http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-400-800-xl-xe-computhello_36093.html The game was on an old PD disk from the MACE library recently dumped by venom4728a so credit where due!
  15. You'd be dead wrong... Pelé ended his career in the US playing for the New York Cosmos a few years prior to the release of the game and soccer was pretty popular in the country at that time. It pretty much fizzled out when he retired but the NASL had a decent following in the mid to late seventies. Also, the Cosmos were backed by Warner Communications so probably no coincidence.
  16. 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 / 7 / 11 are in the Preservation Initiative torrent.
  17. I wrote "commercial titles", the version of Trivia Quiz you have is PD.
  18. David, Goochman, do you still have any of his games by any chance? None of his commercial titles are "out there".
