  1. There was. I picked up an ultra rare set of four issues of a magazine called Acacia-Run from 1986-87 several weeks ago. It's a bit difficult to scan but we'll make it available soon.
  2. Vincent Garofalo is the guy in the video: https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_ma/042855273
  3. I didn't say it was never completed, just stating that what appears in the video is a demo and that very piece of software exists (though not sure it has been dumped yet).
  4. The demo that was shown at the CES is "out there" at least.
  5. I quite like it. It's fast, playable and better than the crummy cartridge version Atari gave us.
  6. Many thanks, I'll add the games to our database later today or tomorrow!
  7. @tjlazer I sent a PM to our webmaster.
  8. We apologize about all the issues, I need to check what's going on with our webmaster. More and more problems are being reported so it's clear something is not working properly. @El Destructo Sorry about that, my inbox was full. Should be OK now. At one point, we'll have to see what to do with our forum anyway. Not only is it a mess but it generates very little traffic. The idea will probably be to have fewer sections as things are all over the place. In the meantime, please feel free to send me contributions by PM here. Thanks!
  9. T & F Software was the company that was to publish Leafer Madness: https://archive.org/details/creativecomputing-1984-05/page/n157/mode/2up
  10. Many thanks for replying, I'll get back to you as soon as I have more details! If all goes well, this has the potential of something big involving the archival / preservation of many unseen software titles plus some extra stuff.
  11. Just checking... This is for a potential pick-up with numerous 8-bit items.
  12. Actually, The Mysteries of Wonderland doesn't make much sense either as it was to be part of the Disney line.
  13. No, this one came from a CUE / Computer-Using Educators compilation. They released a bunch of "dissemination disks" for a number of systems and The Oregon Trail was on one of them.
  14. Many thanks You're right, pretty sure the programs exist in some form.
  15. Just found this: I'm a bit dim as I found no easy way to do this... Could somebody make .gif files from the screenshots at 4:08 and 4:12? I know they're basically the same as the one from Allan and the two that appear in various catalogs but the resolution seems better. Plus we'd be able to have them on Atarimania. Thanks!
  16. Does anybody have volumes 3 and 4 of the very rare Home Computing Journal on disk? The first two volumes are available here: https://archive.org/details/atr_Home_Computing_Journal_On_Disk_Volume_1 https://archive.org/details/atr_Home_Computing_Journal_On_Disk_Volume_2 A copy of the second issue of the magazine can be downloaded here: https://archive.org/details/Home_Computing_Journal_volume_2 The software was only available on the disk itself. The magazine was only used to present the programs in detail and provide instructions.
  17. SlowPokey, sorry to bother you but do you think we could have the pictures / scans untrimmed?
  18. From what I recall, the program did autoboot but I don't even have a cracked copy anymore. That's why I'm reluctant to add it now. Still, not too worried, the disk will show up. It's an uncommon title but not ultra rare either (if you pardon the pun).
