Hello, everybody and sorry for the poor english. I am tanuki, director of Côté Gamers, à French publishing house which some of you may know as we published Knight'n more on colecovision last year in collaboration with Good Deal Games. We want to publish our books in USA and worldwide but we need help. We were able to get the first volume of our shooter encyclopedia translated, but we need help of native speakers to check the translation and improve it as we know it's far from being perfect. As we have to pay for the translation, we'll have to make à KS campaign once the translation 100% validated. To work on a project like this one is very expensive. We'll not be able to pay in advance for the help as we'll make near no money with the publishing. But we really are to offer a compensation to helpers : -Of course they'll have copies of the book, in a special edition, very limited (we are talking about less than 20 copies). -They'll have their name in the book as members of our team. -we will offer copies of all the games we'll publish, FOREVER ! We have games for Mega Drive/ Genesis, Atari 2600, PC Engine Super CD-ROM, Colecovision, to be published this year and until the beginning of next year. All our games will come in box with high quality manual (please check Knight'n more to see we produce good quality). -We will offer copies of our futur translated books. We have many books to translate/ check and this one is only the first part of our publishing project. Let's talk about the book. Title is "the encyclopedia of shooter games - Vol.1 - The SNES" It has 364 pages, full colours, A4 size (210 X 290mm), softcover, high quality paper (130gr). Every games has : plot, introduction(s), ending(s), characters/ vehicles, upgrades/bonuses, weapons with pictures AND text. There is a special section for Homebrew games and a massive index to have references of everything related with a game. We are working on the second volume, it'll be about PC-Engine/turbografx shooters. Let's talk about our publishing house We are on the market since 2014. We are specialized in ultra-niche subjects, the kind of subjects nobody'll publish ! For example, we published -a massive 400 pages book about the 3 first episode of Castlevania + vampire killer MSX2 + akumajou x68000 + cpc/c64/amiga episode. - a book about Rygar,and all its adaptations, -a book about Sega Turbo, mechanical racing games and LCD/LSI racing games, -vintage posters of video games, -350 pages magazine about retrogaming with hudge articles about splatterhouse (more than 80 pages), knightmare saga, atari supercharger (more than 100 pages), game for computers, coin op etc. -350 pages magazine about homebrew, conventions, coding etc. -350 to 500 pages books about zelda, metroid (including AM2R), Ghosts'n Goblins+Ghouls'n Ghosts+ Super Ghouls'n Ghosts+ Makaimura for wonderswan with all version for every hardware ! -etc We are working with Unseen64 to translate their books in French. @Youki and retrolillucid : Côté Gamers has nothing to do with this story. We don't know anything about it and to be honest, we don't care about it. But I suggest to stop it here, you know what happen with this kind of subjects : argument. We are all here for the same reason, passion for video game and retrogaming.

To everybody: be sure you'll have a copy! Even if not in the first run, we'll produce a second one But youki is right again, gdg send only 20 games, other are still between france and usa.

Youki is right, we're working on a solution to offer normal cart. Please consider the work on the manual and box. We try to offer the best but it takes time to be "perfect"
