I am guessing that this upgrade isn't compatible with Tapatalk? I don't get notifications and can't get any threads to load. So Chrome for iOS it is. But I think that screws me over for mobile notifications.

Stay Tuned... Rumor mill is that a new Hockey game is coming from Champ Games. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's a little late now.

Marc O still sells them. He sells via email now since his store have never got back online. You can get his catalogs here http://www.atarivcs.de/homebrew/homebrew.html You can send any questions and/or your orders to [email protected] And tell him I sent you.

Correct. It was sold as a deluxe package with "gems" and "pins". There was a cart only that recently sold on ebay for $100. It's the only loose version I have ever seen offered.
-
Correct- I am not sure exactly what the grey label version is. I got it in a lot that I bought when I first started collecting 7800. It is a very early version. I think it is dated 2009. The blue labels are the later and Pokey versions. The Jr.s are the same. The top one I got from a member here who was getting out of collecting. I could never get the cart to work. I cleaned it multiple times with no success. It is autographed by Bob so I really wanted to keep it. The seller refunded my money and said to keep it. The other is an AA store version that I bought that works. [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I guess I should have said “Bob D Pac-Man titles” I have many other titles that he had done. I probably have all but 2-3. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ok here is my Bob D collection so far. Loose carts. I have Marc O boxes for all of them except Baby obviously. Thanks PMP for making my 7800 collection amazing with some great games. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wow, iesposta!! That is crazy. Crazy in a cool way. - Although I think I might have just had a seizure. sramirez2008 - That baby blue is beautiful. And here is a scan of my cart that I did for my CLZ database.

Got home from a business trip in San Diego and picked up my mail at the UPS store and there was Baby Pac-Man. I popped it in and nothing. Tried it two or three times with either a black screen or just gibberish yellow vertical lines. The PCB didn't appear to be getting deep enough in the cart reader. I opened up the shell and tested just the PCB and it worked fine. So I put it back in the shell and tested it. And boom it worked fine. So it must have been jostled a little too much by USPS on it's way from FL. Thanks again. I look forward putting in some more on time on it. The shells turned out great.

If it is an original Harmony acquired from AA/Harmony and in it's original shell the Encore is identified on the face label of the cart as an Encore. The regular Harmony cart just says Harmony. If it is a PCB only I don't know for sure sure if there is a way to tell. I am sure there is some else that can speak to this. But the obvious is that it is called out on the label.

No worries. It’s very hard to read the emotion in this type of communication. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Sorry, I wasn’t trying to be clever. I was simply answering your question about what you missed. You are correct I didn’t know you had a private deal with Bob. I thought you might have just made a post a few pages back like a lot of people did saying they wanted a cart but to make it fair to everyone he ran it the way he did. It appears to be all sorted out and you are getting your cart either way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

iesposta let me know how it goes. I got the other transparent copy. I might be interested in this mod also.

Yes, you missed the cart reservation post that was posted last week. PS. We all wanted carts. Some of us were in the right place at the right time and some weren't. Sorry. I know you know this but it will be available in the store.

Payment Sent. Thanks Al & PMP!!

"Possible" Mission for the 7800 - anyone know where I can buy this?
groundtrooper replied to aaron1677's topic in Atari 7800
I think it is. But they announced that they are temporary shutting down the store for multiple reasons. One being their store software is not working properly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I think you can order it as “Custom” from the Atari Age Store. The rom I publicly available. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I totally agree. The price would probably be fine for Arcade Boards which seems to be primarily who they are making these for. But $40 for a cart you can still harvest a current Ballblazer for maybe $10 less if you are patient and lucky. But like what has already been stated Ballblazers and regular Pokeys are eventually gonna run out. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out for carts if they even are gonna work in a cart or the XM. Either way I have a couple of Pokeys that I have been saving for an XM or the next Pokey homebrew depending on how the XM deal shakes out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
