groundtrooper replied to RevEng's topic in Atari 7800
Wait this secret society is real? And early pre-orders are real? Welcome to the club! -

I knew you were and was going to tell you to go check the thread...but I figured anyway I typed might have come off rude. Although I have noticed this year more than previous years the Fool thing has spilled over a couple of days. Especially on FB. And I have had a couple of FB friends also point that out. -

You think this is an April Fools Joke? Well if it is then I am out a nice chunk of change that I just PayPal'd to Albert. -

It's safe to say that the 7800 titles are gonna be really HOT from the Subscribers Pre-Sale. -
For Sale ATARI 2600 homebrews and some carts
groundtrooper replied to lucifershalo's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Sorry but I think I am gonna hold off on these. I am almost at $200 on this other deal and I am wanting some of those a little more. Sorry if I wasted your time or got you hopes up. -

Man I am glad I checked this thread! Since I became a member of the AA Secret Society I forgot to set up notifications for those sections. Got my early releases reserved! Thanks! -
I was commenting more to follow the subject. - But in the same breath Mame for arcade works fine for me but I have never been able to get any consoles integrated with it. I have tried LaunchBox and the Stella and ProSystem Cores don't run correctly for me. Way to Fast or Too Slow or glitchy. I would love to have an all in one solution, but I have resigned my self to running separate emulators which is probably the best way to do it and get the most accurate emulation but I love the idea of an AIO. Here I go again not adding anything to help. Just my sob story.

It's a mystery to me. I have tried and failed multiple times. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Would like a couple of those but shipping to the U.S. is probably a deal breaker. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -
The irony of bumping this on April 1st. I really wish Bob was teasing or messing with us about DEFENDER on April 1st...shades of Jr. Pac-Man.

groundtrooper replied to tep392's topic in Atari 7800
And you friend Dauber didn't help you out and let you know it was available? I know he "talks all the time" about his "Bob De" Multicart. This is making me want one more and more everyday. -

Man I am really sad I wasn't around for the "Bob" Multi-Cart. -
Very Cool. Thanks for sharing. I am glad I could help you get your project done.

I saw her in 2015 when she opened for Rick Springfield for their 35 Anniversary Tour. Her set ROCKED. It was amazing how much energy she has for her age and her voice is still strong. Rick was a little weak. But it was cool because Pat'sh hubby Neil G came out and played on Jesse's girl because he played on the original version just before hey and Pat hit the big time.

Tempest - Probably one of my all time favorites! Saw them in 2015 - R40 - Amazing retrospective show. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I thought the same thing. It didn't look like there was a monitor in the cab. And like was mentioned above is it not a legit Williams cab anyway. Unless the U.K. got some other type of cab that I can't find any pictures of in a google image search.

I realize that arcade Defender was a frustrating game to people. It was to me in 1981 when I was in Jr. High. I would never think of tossing it over a balcony though.

You gotta love the '80's and the music video scene. I have never seen that one. Thanks for sharing. I wasn't much into Sheena Easton ballads. She had some decent pop songs though.

I don't care. I don't have it now. If I really wanted to play it I could go pick up a used one for cheap at a number of local shops for cheap. But I have not heard great things about it so I am in no hurry. I loved it on my Apple ][ but I hear that Atari didn't do the best they could with it back then. BTW Happy Birthday CPUWIZ. I hope things are going better for you. -

Let's just remember that I was the FIRST one who asked about a Re-Run of Volume 1. I want the first one if there is a Re-Run of the first volume. -
