At least Tommy is not asking us to pre order a system that doesn't even exist except on paper. Tommy has said he has investors to help pay for it all. if the vcs ends up like the coleco chameleon all those people who bought one will lose their money.

Did you get a chance to try the cassette games ?

A few weeks ago I found a zip file that has over 2 thousand Atari roms. I am sure some of you already know about this but i wanted to share it with any of you that might not know about it. http://www.atarimania.com/roms/Roms.rar

Also with the physical games you can display them and show others what you are interested in. Same with music.

If you have a Roller controller maybe you can try that too.

How do the joysticks compare to the best electronics ones ?

If the sd slot will read roms what would be he best size sd card to get ?

I always loved the Tron games maybe it's becuse I love the original movie so much. Maze a Tron was fun once I figured out how to play it.

I never had a ps2 when it came out. I didnt like the idea that sony made you pay extra for the hard drive and Ethernet port when Microsoft was giving it away for free.

Sub hunt. i thought it was just too slow which made it boring

Great game it's too bad it was never released on any home consoles back in the day.

i just wonder what all these full timers on you tube will do when the you tube bubble bursts. Hope they have a backup plan.

"In Search of the Golden Skull." It was never released but a finished version was made and some people did get a chance to play it back in the early 80's. It required 16 k rom and 2 k ram in the cartridge.

Maybe they can release some of the unreleased games from the 80's. There are about 25 unreleased games and 26 unfinished games.

The touch pad idea is cool. They did it with the Nintendo Ds version of intellivision lives.

I would not mind paying $150 to $200 for this if it has all the games from the 80's. That would be a lot cheaper than having to buy an new flashback every year like people do with the 8 Atari flashbacks plus the Activision one. Some time this year people will be shelling out even more money for a new flashback that has just a few games that weren't on last years model.

I thought the vcs has wireless controllers ? Most people have wired controllers.

Tempest 4000 is being released on Xbox one and ps4.

The flashbacks leave me with the feeling of where are all the games I played As a kid. The flash backs have a lot of the games I had as a kid but a lot are missing. If they can't get all the games because of licensing reasons just add a sd card slot so we can download the games off the internet. I just want to be able to play all the games I like and not just the ones that other people think we're good. I also want a console that feels like it was made from the same quality materials as the current gen consoles.

Are they already taking pre orders?

I agree about the touch screen. I posted this idea on you tube and a Few people didn't like because they thought it would be to expensive. Nintendo did it with the Wii u and that didn't make the console more expensive. It would be Great not to have to deal with overlays getting damaged or bent. I just hope they make the controllers look like the originals.

I have heard a few people on you tube say they are getting this for tempest 4000. Isn't this game going to be released soon for Xbox and PlayStation?

One thing I think would be great is to have a controller that looks like the original but has a lcd touch screen where the overlays go so you can have the overlays appear on the screen.
