It usually takes 5-7 days for someone's check to clear. Being NARUed is usually because old ebayers did not pay their monthly bill. I would not be jumping to conclusions just yet.

This one is mine, label is in much better condition than my shitty camera displays. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...E%3AIT&rd=1

CPUWiz: I thought they had Smurfs games on 'em. Really hard to tell from his description.
-
CPUWIZ =P Yeah, I need some cash at that point. TOmBrazil: That's a pretty significant rip! TradeNGames: I'm going to open it and find out, and then I'm going to sell the extra cart I have regardless of variation. Unless someone buys the sealed version first! The only version I have is XONOX style.
-
TOm Brazil, trade ya the sealed one for box, manual, and some cash?
-
I'm surprised boxed Colecovision games aren't starting to fetch in this dollar range. The majority of the titles for that system are getting tougher and tougher to locate.
-
Rarity is all relative. You have to look at how long and often the games have or have not been on eBay. Wonder, I don't "want" a sealed version, I just want a boxed copy, and for the price it went, it is still a good deal IMO because Boing just does not pop with the box at all. If you have a boxed copy, and want to trade, let me know, that goes for ANYONE here with a boxed Boing!

It's mine. Wonder007 did not win for once.

Exactly, WTF would you say that EGM is bad for posting a better score for another version? 17 years of publications out the window because of the Doom score???? -
ntavio: A boxed Omega Race ended at $30 recently.

http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZtherainki...1QQfsooZ1QQrdZ0? The NWC does not seem to show up, but it's at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...E%3AIT&rd=1 The sealed Atari 7800 games are semi rare: Alien Brigade Motor Psycho Ikari Warriors and Planet Smashers I'm probably going to be listing some interesting prototypes for various systems as well.
-
Hi, which of your games are NTSC and boxed? Any pricing?
-
Yeah, that Genesis one is very, VERY hard to locate. I was able to get a complete one on eBay just last year for $180. And what about Outback Joey? It's got a full Sega label, was licensed by Sega, and released. Definitely not a proto or test, but it's hard to locate.
-
TradeNGames, I need around 80-100 boxes. Can I shoot you off a list of titles soon?
-
I'll charge $2.99 and a free coke.

Taking offers on some boxed 2600 games...CLOSED.
DreamTR replied to jerrykurtz's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
CPUWIZ: I can, but as you know, a lot of collectors still want certain boxed games, and we are more than happy to pay a tad over the highest going rate for them, but a lot of people don't check the "Wanted" forums much -

I think the market value has gone up on these...you never see them on eBay much or in the wild these days. -
Almost my entire NES Collection up for auction over 500 titles

Jaysmith: You ship the same way I do (First Class) and charge the same amount of shipping, as well as combine on shipping purchases. I want you to look at the thread about eBay's new shipping policies in this forum. I've basically been getting attacked because I charge $5 for shipping, but I've noticed many other members on Atari Age charge the same, so it's pretty hypocritical in my opinion (the people in this forum's ideas) For the record, let me state I have no problem with your shipping costs. I just have a problem with the people that think there is an issue for not charging the PRECISE amount of money it is to ship, thinking the seller should be repsonsible for ALL expenses, including bubble mailers, bubble wrap, tape, etc. -
EBAY going to start enforcing against excessive S&H

Andrew Davies wrote: "Now there you go, confusing quality with quantity again" You are pretty presumptuous about yourself. Nice ego you have there. And yes, I do claim it's reasonable to claim this stuff IF YOU ARE USING SOMEONE TO DO THE PACKAGING AND PAYING THEM FOR THEIR EXPENSES. How hard is this for you understand? Everyone who collects a "handling" charge for bubble mailers and tape and bubble wrap are now unethical. I charge $5 for boxed games to ship, I have to PAY FOR THE BOX, I have to PAY FOR THE PACKING MATERIAL, I have to PAY SOMEONE TO DO MY eBay PACKAGING. WHO AM I RIPPING OFF? You haven't sold anything in months. You must have some excellent, "quality" items over my "junk" apparently that warrants you to make outlandish statements. -

Ianoid: You only get free "supplies" if it is Priority Mail based. Same with labels. You have to go out and buy the materials otherwise. Tape is expensive for starters. Also, most people prefer bubble wrap instead of newspaper. I know I do. I HATE it when I don't get proper packing material in something I buy because it does run the risk of getting damaged. Bubble wrap and peanuts are the way to go. Also, as a counterpoint, I already mentioned that if you work full-time, do you really trust the postman to come to your house after you leave packages outside? There is no way I would let that happen with the stuff I send out, and I rarely send out Priority Mail because I would have to increase the shipping/handling costs even more, and I don't like doing that. Chickybaby: It is "one" of the companies I work for that I do auctions for, but not the one that pays the most. It's basically play money to be honest. I actually work two separate jobs part-time freelance on TOP of the one I have currently, as well as eBay my own stuff that I find at flea markets to pay for my gaming habit, so I'm pretty busy. -

jbanes: I am just trying to point out inconsistencies in one's remarks, specifically someone who jumped on me and now views it as "hypothetical" when his claims clearly marked on the fact you should ship for the EXACT cost and pay for bubble mailer ourselves. chickybaby wrote: "never said anything about you selling boxed games or shipping them for 5$. But shipping boxed games in the bubble envelope I mentioned *wince*.I never saw your auctions so how can I personally say what you do or don't charge?" I also stated I put more packing material in the bubble mailer or place it in a box per the buyer's request. Please read what I write before you make a response. chickybaby wrote: "I didn't know one account was the company that you work for. You just said 2 accounts and bragged about the feedback size." I "bragged" about the feedback size because Andrew Davies stated he "had been on eBay for over 9+ years and has had hundreds of successful transactions bought and sold." Yet he only has around 205+, therefore I pointed out an inconsistency since he may have been on eBay longer, but I have had much more experience due to the amount of items I have sold, or did you completely forget he made that remark? That's almost borderline "dishonest" and "shifty" if you ask me, pretending 200+ is more than it is. Just taking quotes from both of you for my eBaying ways when you perceive to know nothing about me, but jump on my opinions as to why eBay sellers are charging the shipping rates they do. "You don't know me personally so don't tell me what I do or do not know." Yet you perceived to call me dishonest because I charge for packaging? I don't have to know you personally to tell that you don't sell as much to understand the concept of shipping and other factoring costs just by the way you responded to me with accusations. chickybaby wrote: "It's not complaining it's merely stating opinions from a customers point of view. Ya know, like the ones who make sure you have food on your table? Or don't you care what the consumer thinks?" No, this thread is about eBay shipping rates, and there were lots of complaints from what I saw. Also, I don't "put food on my table" from eBay. I use the money to buy more video games and pass on the savings from my finds with low prices to YOU, the CONSUMER. I have a full-time job, which is why I pay someone to send my stuff out, acquire materials, and package it up. Have you read anything I previously wrote? Chickybaby: I don't have any beef with you, but when you come on here and attack the way I do business when you are NOT selling as much as I am, and are as fair as I am, I will be defensive because I don't like it when people make up their own opinions without being educated, so no hard feelings.....At least I'm not like people that post items in stores for $192912 for something worth $10 on eBay. I'm probably the fairest priced person you'll come across. Everyone loves a deal. That's how I gain customer satisfaction. -
EBAY going to start enforcing against excessive S&H

chickybaby: This is what I am talking about. You are complaining about things you know NOTHING about. I said I had a business account and my PERSONAL account. I work for a company that sells on eBay and have run their eBay store in the past and auctions. Now you want to try and "report" me? Wow. I sure want someone like you bidding on my stuff. And as a matter of fact, I know TONS of people with more than one eBay name. If you want to be technical, I don't even think you are allowed to have more than one eBay name per HOUSEHOLD, but that is not the point here. We are talking about another subject and you are trying to switch things around. Chickybaby wrote: "What was that comment earlier about power sellers... Who gives a shit if someone sold 5 or 500 items it's how they handle those items and their transactions that's important to me and many HONEST people. " It's called experience. Are you saying I am not honest? What gives you that right, because I have a normal shipping and handling charge? Ok. Let me lose money and not sell anything on eBay to appease YOU, almighty one. Let me give you free bubble mailers and tape and packing material and boxes, and go out of my way for you my lord, and pay someone out of my own pocket to deliver it. Chickybaby wrote: "So you say it's ok for 5$ to get something small say a cart or even a GBA game in a bubble envelope via standard mail(If that $5 price was for priority maybe it would be more fair)?" Here is where I say "things you know nothing about". I RARELY sell anything except for BOXED games. BOXED only. You think $5 for a boxed Atari Game shipped with delivery confirmation is high? Consider the fact most people want boxes instead of double bagging the bubble mailers, so I have to give those away for free as well? I don't care if you buy from me or not. The customer has that right, but to complain about simple things that I am not even making money off of is asinine. Why don't you go to the store and ask for wholesaler cost on everything! Better yet, why don't you go to China and get the FOB cost for items before they are on shelves! My customer service and products are impeccable, and I try and appease anyone who has any issues dealing with these items. Chickybaby, then you try and go one up by saying you will look for Andrew's auctions? He has not sold anything in months according to his eBay account. I sell a few hundred items each month, and my feedback is at 99.7% positive. If you think that dealing with one person who "hooks" you up on your shipping and loses money to basically appease you, then you really just want your ass kissed as a customer to be quite frank. If you actually were selling as much as I do as a Powerseller, you would see where I am coming from, but this thread has just stated what I had said before, the only people in the years on eBay that have complained are Atari collectors, and AGAIN let me state I usually sell BOXED games only unless it is semi-rare. Then I ship PRIORITY with DC on one cart for $6.00, or $3 normally (lower cost because of size and less materials) but I guess I need to bend of backwards to sell to you chickybaby. Wow. -

jetset: Please read what I wrote. Never did I say I took money out for PayPal fees. eBay clearly states you can use a "handling" charge included in your auction. This includes someone who prepares your packages, (since I have to pay someone), materials, their expenses going to ship them, etc. First class postage is usually $2.10 for me give or take with DC, more if theywant insurance which I NEVER add. That leaves $2.90 for handling charges. $.80 a bubble mailer, leaves around $2.10. Packaging materials, pay for someone to do this, and their gas expenses to and from eat the rest. eBay is after those who charge $10 or more for a DVD with "mandatory" insurance. Like I said, I am well within my rights charging $5 to ship, anyone who wants Priority Mail pays $6.50 instead of $5. This includes DC. Again, well within my rights, and my prices are more than fair. Wake up. -

Andrew, to be quite honest, I don't think you have been reading what I have been saying. If I am covering someone else's expenses for helping me do all of this stuff, and paying for packaging and supplies on top of it, I definitely have a right to charge. You don't see it that way, and that is fine. As for you being on eBay for "9 years or so", you've got a whopping 205 feedback. You obviously do not deal with eBay on a day to day basis like the sellers (myself being a Powerseller on two separate eBay accounts, one personal and one business) so I don't think you completely understand how profits are made on a day-to-day basis on eBay. I have around 4300+ feedback on two accounts, not counting the additional 1200+ for repeat business. My customers are VERY satisfied with the way I do business, the condition speaks for itself, and my prices are competitive, and dare I say bottom dollar. I find it amusing that you think I am a "shifty" seller, but in actuality a $5 charge for a cart/CD/DVD is the norm with shipping and handling costs here. Everyone would agree. You are in the minority in this situation. If you SOLD a ton of items on eBay, then you would have merit in this discussion, but your length of time on eBay and not have the experience in dealing with numerous transactions each and every day are not valid to your points at all.
