Yeah I meant the one on the console, at least the one that is underneath with a hole in the shell to get to it. I did try to fiddle with the white one that requires you to open it up but again with no change. I just assumed they were both the same part.

Hello, I just joined here and one of the first things I would like to do is get some input on a problem I have on my 4-switch woody. Some of my games are only booting in the black and white mode. Other games do boot in color, it's just the games that support the black and white. I've googled the problem and did find someone who had the same problem as me but their post hasn't had any response. I've tried two fixes I did find which is adjusting the tint dial and cleaning the black and white switch with no luck. If anyone knows anything it would be greatly appreciated. I haven't searched the forums yet, but if someone has come on here before with the same problem then you can just point me to it and that would be good as well.
