    The game won't let me save the state. It says file not found or no such device.

    my grandfather and uncle had TI994a's but only cassette players to save programs. TI botched the disk drives by requiring people to buy a big expensive system box to hold the drive and the drive itself.

    I am playing strange odyssey and need to save my game to disk. It keeps saying no such device. How do I save game to disk?

    Why do people always talk about Atari's failure when talking about the crash? Atari's failure didn't bring down Coleco ,Mattel, or Magnavox? Atari didn't kill the arcades in 1983 either. You would think there would be a documentary about the video game crash of 1983 besides Game Over which talks about Atari''s downfall and E.T.

    Lots of classic Scifi on tonight. Comet is running two episodes of Space1999 and MeTV is running an episode of Buck Rogers in the 25th century. I expected the shows to look grainy but they look good as new.

      Wow, I love both of those shows. They might have used film and when they did a DVD release went back and scanned them at a high resolution. I know I was blown away by the DVD release/clean up/look of the original Star Trek TV series.

      I don't know about "Space: 1999", but "Star Trek" and "Buck Rogers" both look amazing on Blu-ray (there are a few specks of dirt here and there, but they're few and far between). In contrast, newer shows from the 80s and 90s often look a lot worse because they're limited to tape transfers.

      The older shows look better on Blu-Ray cause they transfer the film stock instead of video tapes. But on TV channels they're still in SD format but still look good.

    I have a flashback 9 what games does the gold version have that the regular version doesn't?

    Just get Fix it Felix jr and Ms Pac Man today. They might be 7800 on a chip systems as some of the other ones are NES on a chip and 7800 on a chip systems.

    Hard to work on it with the mod wires keeping the top with the board.

    The connection on the board doesn't move just the power connector.. Might been internal damage and the connector will need to be replaced.

    power connector feels loose in the back connection. Voltage Regulator doesn't heat up.

    I have an A/V modded atari 2600 jr that I was about to play a game I picked up at Vintage Stock today Space chase. When I picked up the joystick I think cable caught on another calble and I heard something pop inside the system and the picture went out. i looked inside it and the mod is fine and the power supply works on another atari. No pciture ,sound or power light. I took a photo of the inside of it..

One thing I can't stand is that the Euros on Lemon 64 keep complaining about NTSC and how they hate it. I don't like PAL and repeatedly run into C64 that won't run here because of PAL crack demos. My anxiety is through the roof right now.

    Because the Euros didn't use the same power or video system as the US.

    I bought this replacement power supply months back from Germany and I can't find the connector to hook it up to the Colecovision? Why wasn't the connector permanently attached to it in the first place? I am sick of different video ,power ,and measurement standards. I can't stand hearing Euros saying NTSC sucks and call it Never Twice The Same Color because the stupid manufacturers won't set the color to the standard and in some sets won't let you set it to the standard. If I had my why we would be using the metric system now.

    swordquest. The first game earthworld was well polished. Fireworld and Waterworld felt rushed and they had single color hero sprites while earthworld had a multicolor hero sprite and airworld never got made.

    Same thing happens on my A/V modded Colecovision.
