I just got Joust and Rempage. Is Joust from the 7800 or the NES?

I meant I wanted to get rid of them.

Could I bring my drives that don't work? I think the 1701 might need alignment cause it sometimes reads disks.

I will think about it. I have another drive with pressure pad but I am afraid if I try to remove it the tabs will break.

pressure pad is broken off and even taping it in place won't make it read. Anyone have a spare pressure pad? Why can't I have a working disk drive like everyone else. Why do I keep ending up with one pile of junk after other.

I tried the board from the current 1541 in my other 1541s and they both reported file not found. Board on other 1541 with swing mechanism is fine. Board on drive with pull down latch is bad and it too said file not found. So they both have mechanical problems. Done for tonight.

I put tape over the pad several times and it still won't read disks without me holding the metal frame down. The tabs holding the pad broke off when I removed some tape and now I have no choice but to tape it in place.

I got the Supaboy.

Saw an Nes Classic at Savers today. I already have one so I didn't get it ,but shortly after I took my photo someone grabbed it up. Also found a Supaboy and Atari paddle games plug and play.

I have two commerical versions of summer games ii in which some events don't work. One copy only kayaking will not load. One the copy I got today Equestrian loads with garbled graphics and cycling won't load at all. Can either of these be fixed?

I just a got an 1541 in the mail and it won't read disk unless I hold the mechanism that holds the disk down with my finger. Could something be lose? IMG_6066 by bradhig, on Flickr

I got an XU 1541 and the driver is installed. Opencbm won't install and cbm4win doesn't work. What program do I need to transfer d64s between my windows 10 laptop and my 1541?

A friend of mine years ago had number builder or a similar game on his IBM PCjr. It was made by Scholastic. Anyone know what that version was called?

I just got a copy of racing destruction set today that won't load\ on my 1571. Kayaking the last event on my summer games ii disk won't load on my 1571 either. I want a working reliable 1541 and I only have a voltmeter and don't know how to test the chips on my 1541s.

G1 megatron toy sales got banned in the US cause it looked too much like a real gun.

I couldn't do that. I was just testing voltages.

I swapped the boards in my 1541s when one kept returning a file not found error and the other kept spinning. After switching they had the opposite problems. I keep getting negative values from the 6522 chips but I think I was putting the leads for my volt meter on the wrong pins. How do I test all the chips to see if they are bad?
