hi does anyone know if it is possible to use an NTCS Atari 2600 on a new PAL tv? Jonny

hi i have recently bought an Atari 2600 from USA on ebay, i know that in USA they use a system called NTSC, and here in Europe where i live they use PAL but it was the only place where i could get hold on the greatest game of all time MINER 2049ER so i was wondering if anyone knows if i will be able to use the Atari here in Europe,or if i will need a special cable to use it? if i need a special cable what is it called? NB: does the NTSC cartrigdes work on PAL systems?
