Activision Socks (Pitfall, Megamania, Kaboom, Freeway, Barnstorming)

Oh, that's pretty interesting. I'll look for those. -
I've seen SNES Classics multiple times in store. I don't think they're hard to find at all. I've had to tell people in store I'm not interested because they keep trying to push them.

I got the X Box One S Thursday on a deal and a few games... and I have found this extremely annoying. I thought PS4 was bad until I laid eyes on this thing. I've installed 6 games and I've already used up over half of the 500gb hard drive. It's ridiculous. This really proves to me that I'm not made for the modern generations of gaming... I'll stick with Nintendo from now on. They've started introducing these things but nowhere near as bad.

I want to get it because I did enjoy the first one for a while... but I'm just kind of annoyed that every time I buy a new PS4 game I have to go through and delete a bunch of stuff because of mandatory downloads. I'm going to try to get an X Box One S during Black Friday sales, and if so, it might be something I pick up.

Literally saved from the trash this weekend

That is quite the nice and unexpected haul. -
Wasn't there an episode in the previous season where he was playing Warlords? Or asked someone if they wanted to. I was drinking and couldn't remember correctly... but I do remember having to confirm that fact with my wife the next day.

VVVVVV (Switch) Enduro (2600) Dark Chambers (7800) All great games.

I'm not a huge fan of motion controls. I will pretty much use an alternate setup whenever I have the option. The U's gamepad I'm actually a fan of, though. It was very lightweight and it felt good in my hands. And having that as a way to look around in a world didn't bother me too much... the only time where it really annoyed me was in Star Fox. That control setup was incredibly difficult to get used to. As for Switch, I've really only used motion controls a couple times with Splatoon and ARMS just to try them out. And then I go back to regular joycon setup or Pro. I do like have the joycons split up working as one controller, though. It lets me stretch out and play however I want. Earlier, I was lounging on a bench at work in the lunch room playing some VVVVVVs.

A little POKEY+TIA 6 channel project I started...

That was really cool, honestly. For a while I've been interested in working with some of these older limitations but never really found out what I needed to do so. Maybe I should start talking to you guys or do some research. But yeah, that was an awesome little clip. -
Ha, is that the first you've heard of it? I don't have high hopes... But sure, why not? Edit: Watched the trailer. Ha, yeah, I'm in.

Welp, we watch on Hulu so you just spoiled it for me. I'll probably see it later tonight. But I will say you're correct about the timeline being all over the place.

My 3 year old definitely loves the characters and watching it.

Buying moons is required to hit 999.
-
I put over 55 hours into Splatoon 2 (the most of any of my Switch games). While I've enjoyed it, it just doesn't hit the spot for me like the first. I feel like the levels, music, and weapon loadouts are a bit lackluster in comparison.
-
I didn't read every post but I imagine the 7800 being backwards compatible with it possibly helped.
-
I believe your total moons max out at 999? I'm not sure how buying more than the required moons changes the very final unlock. Like perhaps you don't see the end credits scene until you collect the last moon regardless of maxing out?
