It's pretty hobbled without jailbreaking it. More than one person I know has had iTunes blow away their shizz too. AND WHY IS IT SO DAMN HARD TO TRANSFER FILES TO A REAL COMPUTER!?!?! %^@&..

I thought Apple products where easy to use.

Apple tries to make appliances. Computers are really tools. If you have a very narrow subset of needs and only want what Apple gives you then you're good.
