      My old MagicWindows WP for the Apple II was never this difficult, and it's old outdated technology..

       

      BTW we did give up after 4-hours of watching the rep repeatedly d'l Office installers (1gb each) over and over again and attempting putting in ProductKeys. Ad naseum.
