I was reading the warranty card for a 1983 computer peripheral. And the warranty is void if damage is caused by war, civil disobedience, insurrection, or government upheaval.

  That's like, I just got new car insurance...read part of the policy and evidently (It says this) if my car is struck by a nuclear attack or contaminated by radiation, they don't cover it.
