A must-have back in the DOS days, when the Norton brand still meant something. I'm sure I still have an original set of Norton Utilities floppies in my archives.

(I also remember getting lots of use out of PC Tools, Copy II PC, XTree, and DESQview. All from great companies which were later swallowed up by the worthless Symantec.)

Norton sucks, if you want to slow your computer down, get a lower spec CPU.
