I need to get away from AT&T. I just haven't wanted to go through the headache of doing it.

AT&T wireless is a separate business unit from the landline stuff -- it's the old Cingular network/company and ages away from the old Ma Bell, but still rather sucky.

Nathan, T-Mobile's One Amplified deal is really nice if your employer qualifies for it. It's closer to unlimited than any of the others, and cheap -- plus they pick up Netflix for you which makes it even less.

$25 for a new SIM, a credit check, and you're off and running. Much less of a headache than I imagined.
