    It's almost ironic, the nicer the display the worse the VCS looks.

      The one best solution is to feed the newer TV sets a native digital signal. One that has never seen or been in th analog domain.

      This could come from FPGA VCS remake. SoCs and NOACs. PC emulation. Or direct digital mods.

      It always seemed to me that 25 inch was the maximum size for consoles, with 13 to 19 being ideal. Same really went for TV shows BITD.
