So that must be why these people vape?  So they don't overheat?  Local mom and pop convenience stores sell a lot of this vaping gear; it's all locked in those clear cases -- the lighters, vape units, etc..   Back in my day, the c-stores had items like Rubik's Cubes, wallets, Zippo lighters, lighters shaped like hand grenades, etc. in those cases.
