Alright I've seen enough. There's overclockers that connect their PC to the bathtub faucet for a high-volume flow of cold water through the waterblock.
Amateurs. If you're gonna use liquid, use liquid nitrogen. Or ammonia. Or at least glycol, lol. Of course, keeping your LN2 liquified will be an issue. And ammonia will kill you when it inevitably leaks. BuT tHe OvEcLoCkErZ!
