1 Find item to sell.
2 Look up other items like it.
3 Add $5 to it.
4 List it and sit on it till it sells.

So then the questions are: A ) Are you just making a joke?, B) Are you making fun of everybody who overprices their stuff, when it's already available for less? or C) Are you noting the interesting phenomenon found basically only on eBay, whereby someone has something cheap and decent on eBay, and yet you can always find the same thing in worse condition and it always has more bids and a higher price?

I think yes to all 3.
I just bought a vintage graphics card, hadn't seen it since 1994. Paid about $30.00 for it, a little high, but still ok. It had a nice go-fast checkered flag sticker on it and it wasn't scratched up. And continuing searching I found it for as high as $159.00, and in unknown condition.
