    Yeh well those weird topics are coming from a small group. Attracted here by threads discussing those funky go-nowhere kickstarters. If the mods aren't diligent it has the potential to dilute AA into insignificance.

      @flojo... only ever use it in a case. I've got a nice UAG for my 8. The one with the trapdoor for cards and money. Still awkward due to the funky weight distribution and size, but it's easier to grip at least. As for things like the spell check and keyboard, my point is that I think they were much better in previous iOS's. But yeah, may as we'll disable it. And yeas, the last wto sentences are wha you get with special check enabled. It's that bad. ;-)

    This fall, I swear it, I'm going through all my old post-teen Apple II stuff and whittling it down. It is clear to me now that Jobs or Woz or any Apple official aren't interested in a pile of junk.

      I don't know. I want to pare down to the original material I had as a kid and teen and shortly thereafter. The rest of the stuff has little or no sentimental value. It's something I think about more and more frequently these days. I've never hooked up with 4am for anything. Not yet anyways.
