I only had asked because the other one I bought off EBAY from a U.S. seller ended up being PAL. I shipped it back, but had to pay shipping both ways.

 

 

Its written in french and English on the instruction booklet.. Its also written "for the Atari and SEARS video Game.. There is no "sears" store outside America

Well I tested it with My NTSC Atari 2600 and it works well.
