There is a cib 5200 that looks pretty good with galaxian and pac man for 100 dollars. I don't really know much about it so I want to know if I should get it

On ebay, there are a lot of auctions and posts where people are selling games and systems that are new old stock. I was wondering where people and how people get these boxes of sealed games?

Berzerk, Pitfall, Yars' Revenge, Jungle Hunt, and Atlantis just to name a few.
