  1. Welcome to the patience test lol. I'm going for a complete CIB set as well. It can be annoying to find some titles as its a lot of luck, but it isnt too bad. I may have a spare Quintana cart in a few days
  2. Finally managed to get around to getting those pictures. Sadly the registration card is filled out, but it adds more to the story in my opinion. It also still has the seal on the box, but it was open when I bought it. I'm starting to believe it is an earlier run of the game as most of the few I saw boxed have Commodore 64 mentioned, along with another sticker towards the top, while this one does not. (The box appears to be much more yellow than it is in real life). Thanks for everyone's opinions! (Don't know why the pictures rotated, sorry for any inconvenience).
  3. I definitely agree that it's not to that value point, but I've had others give random values as well. The version I got though has no information about playing on the commodore like most appear to have, just the Atari sticker and no evidence that there were other stickers. I'll try to post a picture later in the day when I can.
  4. Thanks! Don't know why I couldn't find anything on it then. Made my night ?
  5. Hi everyone. I acquired a Complete copy of Castle Wolfenstein for 400/800/1200xl computers earlier today and was wondering if anyone can help me figure out a value or rarity in it as I had trouble looking it up. I have not tested it as I don't know if my 810 is working properly and I'm not 100% sure how to use it (new to the 8-bit family). Thanks in advance for any help and I can post images if anyone would like
  6. Hi everyone, wanted to check if there would be any interest in these. The box with Space Dungeon, I have gone through and those are the copies I will be selling (Astro Chase will likely only be sold loose). The other picture I have not fully gone through yet, but i will go through it as soon as I can (ex. im only selling one Gyruss). I believe they are all complete except for Space Dungeon (no controller holder) but I can check if inquired. They also all vary in condition. I can post and/or send pictures of specific titles if there is any interest. These are all duplicates for me and I am looking for some funds to go after more of my Game Gear and 5200 sets. I have sold/traded many times mainly on Instagram and locally, and from time to time eBay with no issues (I mention this only as I am a relatively new account). Feel free to ask anything at all. Thanks for looking and hopefully we can work out a deal.
  7. Hi everyone. I am wondering if anyone would know a value on the realsports baseball complete. I could not find any cib on eBay at all, sold or listed, but I could of missed it. Thanks for any help in advance
  8. Thanks, it's actually only my second pick up for the 5200, and it actually took me over the half way mark of CIB 5200 games
  9. Thanks! I payed $250 for the whole lot, with extra systems thrown in when I got there. I knew about the boxed PS!1, but the PS2 and Dreamcast were thrown in. There was also a free disc 2 of Skies of Arcadia as well. It was a little higher than I would have preferred, but it was still a steal in my opinion.
  10. HI, and thank you. I'm probably one of the younger Atari fans (in my teens) but it started as I grew up playing my father's 2600. I've had a 5200 for a while, but I've been looking for more complete games for a while (not many come up here). I grabbed this lot from someone who responded to me on Facebook actually. I had tried to negotiate with them in the past on Craigslist, but they didn't budge much. They came down to a much more reasonable price this time though.
  11. Here are the pictures. Hopefully I did this right and they show up atari 5200.zip
  12. Yeah, but only these 2 do it.
  13. Thanks! I have I believe 36 plus variants, so closer to 40, but I also have some duplicates at the moment. Only one of the super breakouts and the pengo exhibit this, and I have not had it happen with any others.
  14. Only Super Breakout, but that one wasn't surprising. The box was really bad so the pins were pretty dirty, but I cleaned it and it didn't play either
  15. Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone could help troubleshoot my Copy of Pengo for the 5200. It starts the normal 5200 start up screen and says Pengo, but it always freezes before it starts. It tends to keep the Atari logo there, and just not change. I have cleaned it but it did the same thing. Could the chips have bit-rot? Thanks!
  16. I do not believe so as I do have a 4 port version and I think I will preserve this one as well as I can
  17. Thanks, and thanks for the explanation, I will try to next time I'm on a computer (on my phone now)
  18. Hi everyone, as my first post I figured I'd share my find the other day. I managed to pick up a new Atari 5200 along with 33 complete games. The system box still has all staples intact, but the glue on the sides of the box have come undone and the person had taken it out to show it. I do believe it has never been taken out of the plastic, and still has the registration card and the tie on the cable. The accessories, along with the pacman game, are still in their box and have never been touched as it is still stuck in with the staples. The box definitely has wear, but the system is brand new. As for games, there were many commons like centipede and Qix, but there were some pretty good ones. Some were Astro Chase, Miner 2049er, Decathalon, and Star Wars Arcade, to name a couple. I definitely feel like the price was fair, as it included a good amount of other stuff, but I figured the new 5200 may be most popular here. Since I am new to this forum (posting wise), I don not know how to, if I can, post pictures, but I did post some on my Instagram: ETWelty : if you would be interested in seeing it.
