  1. I went from NES to SNES, I was a big fan and had Nintendo Power. I also went to N64 when it came out but after there games dried up I stayed away from the GameCube. I did latter get one because I collect systems but I'm disappointed in it and never gave it another real chance...

  2. Damn I need one !! Just think I clean my SNES every month from smoke and dust and I keep it away from the sun near windows from turning dirt gold tan but if that's rare then I'm going to stop cleaning it at once, and to seed up the process of its golden beautiful tan I will (after my many beers for the day & gassed up) I will sit on it and fart like its 1991 again.

If the SNES smells well I will say its the "Special Edition Tan SMELLING Super Nintendo Set version" or "RARE smell-O-vision SET"

    (this idea is now TM)

  3. I was wandering if the Vectrex is a good system to invest in, I like the retro look but dose it have good game play (hours of fun) for a game room ? Is it prone to break downs / stop working for no reason like Atari 5200 controller ? If I get one are there anything I should look for when buying one ?

  4. All I have is :

    Atari 2600 JAPAN - (2800)

    Atari 2600 HEAVY SIXER

    Sear 2600 HEAVY SIXER

Atari 2600 DARK VADER (GOLD LETTERS)

    Atari 2600 Jr. (SHORT RAINBOW)

All without box... ha ha, Im now king of old outdated electronics ! Soon with my 20 plus year old electronics I will take the world over and bend it over and make it go "oh my wee !"

Or just kill for a Atari 2600 HEAVY SIXER BOX....

LoL, in the end you will have learned so much you could build one yourself. I had to solder a ACER computer mother board and clock battery thing, not fun at first but found its easy and now I look for more things too solder !! Please keep us up to date on your Atari.

  6. If you find one at a good price then get it, I got mine untested and it worked well. I just don't have many games but the ones I have look very good even if ten plus years old. (then again im forever stuck in 1993).

Cool, looks like a "HEAVY-SIXER" with the thick sides. I kinda want one... NO I DO want one. I know I could be a good friend to it, really good friend tooo it

WHY not put a cart-port in it and make new small cart games or a card-port for games on cards like the Sega Master system had or that GameBoy reader card thing ? :ponder:

  8. Its been just about a year since I used my 5200 joystick, I remember I had one that did not work and got another off ebay that said it worked but did not. I took them apart to make one and it worked ok but seemed slow. About a year has passed and finally got new games to test but the joystick is dead just from sitting for a year without any gameplay...

I will only get a rebuilt 5200 joysticks with the gold contacts since I hear they last longer. Last I looked they go for $30.00 on ebay but that was about a year ago.
