I have MIST version 1.2 for sale. I have purchased it new from Lotharek about 5-6 years ago and have not used it for couple of years. I have fired it up yesterday and all is good, as per photos. I will add a SD card with some cores configured, however they have been not updated for long time. I am looking for £200+postage and I can post worldwide.

Yes, new AVGCARTs can have a cable for PBI or ECI which make it a RAM expansion. You can buy them in my shop for example: https://retrolemon.co.uk/search?controller=search&poscats=0&s=Avgcart Older carts can have a connector for these cables added. You need also newer firmware.

There is .car image of SpartaDos X with driver for AVG Cart available of FlashJazzCat's website (www.atari8.co.uk). Just drop it to the SD card And launch from AVG Cart's menu as any other cartridge image.
