  Tap sounds like a lot of extra cost and maintenance. IMHO better to go for a mini-fridge you can stock with quality beer.

  A friend of mine who is a serious beer drinker, both in quality and in quantity, bought a small tap a few years ago. The first few weeks he was in love with the beer tap, but over time I haven't seen or heard him mention it once, rather drinking better beer from bottle or can.
