Yep, there is sound running thru a VCR. It sucks to have to set it up like this.

Is the problem because the signal is weak coming thru RF cable?

Just picked up an NTSC 7800. I'm connecting it to the 75 ohm antenna input on my LCD TV using one of those RF adaptors. I'm getting picture but no sound. I saw some other posts with similar issues but I can't find the solution. Any ideas?

Does it matter which power supply is used with the 2 port model? I just bought a 5200 and it came with CO18187. The box the adaptor was in says CX521. Does this matter?
