I room with my brother. We combined our video game collections. I'm currently collecting for 2600, Intellivision, and dabble in other systems. But, between us, we have 23 systems and over 1500 games, not including handhelds. We also collect other things, like comics, action figures, etc. We have cut back on our buying, and only buy what we like, instead of every thing and anything. A few years ago, we did purge our collections and sold off the items that we bought way back when that sat in closets for years. So, my question is, when does it get to a point where its just too much? Or, will it ever get to that point?

Yes, version 2 is better and fixes a lot of issues, plus the head set is a lot lighter. So, I would recommend getting version 2.

I would also recommend getting a usb hub. When everything was set up, we were out of usb ports and couldn't charge our controllers(we got the bundle with the move controllers) and had to scramble to find old phone chargers so we could use the plugs. We found a hub cheap on amazon and now we are all set.

What people don't realize(and neither did I back in the day), like Indiana Jones, you actually need the manual to play. So, yeah, it's not as bad as everyone says it is. Now Real Sports Baseball on the other hand...……..

Nice. I would love to get ahold of a Texas chainsaw and a Halloween cart.

My brother and I do plan on trying it out. If its as good as everything else, then I sure it is awesome.

I had(and still have it)a Pointmaster back in the day with the autofire adaptor. Never had a problem. I now have 2 Pointmasters and a few adaptors. Haven't used them in like 30 years though. May have to dust them off. Like I said, they worked great back in the day.

Just picked up the PlayStation VR yesterday and all I gotta say is, WOW! I thought it would be more of a gimmick then anything, but now I say it is well worth the $350. A real game changer. I got the 2nd gen version with Skyrim. Haven't played that yet. The demo disk alone is worth the price of admission. Looks frickin' amazing. Yeah, there was one game that gave me alittle motion sickness, but all in all, highly recommend.

Yes!!!! I figured out how to get the games started. Thanks for the help guys. Like I said, I have an 2600-daptor II coming so I can play the games easier. Now all I need is a kids controller and I'll be all set.

OK, I have stella with all the 2600 games. I bought an adaptor so I can use original controllers to play the games(I plan on streaming on twitch). Now, my question is, and if this has been asked before, forgive me, what are the hot keys to get the games started? I'm sure this is easy, but when it comes to this type of stuff, I have brain farts.

So, do you put on Journey while you play Journey Escape?

On stampede, look for the skulls. When you see one, that's when the Angus comes out. I never knew this till recently, and I have been playing this game since it first came out. This, IMO, is one of the best games on the system. I don't have much experience with the other 2, since I have picked them up over the last year or so.

Space Invaders Mouse trap Frogs and Flies would be a fun one

I don't have a preference. I've been gaming for so long, that I find it easy to go back and forth between the 3.

I don't turn down the volume of games. My game room is located off of the living room, which the ps4, x box one and switch is located, so my brother and I will put on a video game you tube channel, let that play in the background and play some retro games.

I just saw this topic. I checked out your site and so far, it is pretty cool. I will definitely keep an eye on this site for future updates. Since I collect for both the 2600 and INTV, this site will be handy for me.
