When I think of the Greatest Consoles of the World,  I consider the NES,  The SNES,  and how the Mighty SONY PlayStation crushed the Hell out of the lowly N64...(Oops!  Sorry!) 

My memory of that time was right about the cross over between the days when a new gaming console/system coming out was a huge/rare event to it becoming less earth shattering /more common.   If it came out in 96, it did well to compete with the large gaming market share PC's were recapturing during the early 90's and then boosted by the internet in 95-96.

FWIW,  I Do like the N64, (Not as much as PlayStation of course)...Just never had one BITD,...I should probably get some game recs...Ooh,  I feel thread coming on...

Yep, I had definitely noticed an unusual disruption here as well, everything appeared normal but video loading circle just kept going round and round.....fine now though. 

Are people really staring at youtube so much, they'd actually notice?  Does anyone still work for a living?

He will be missed in our household.  Indeed Jeopardy will not be the same.

I find it SNL ironic that he and Sean Connery left this world so close together.

Are they planning on continuing Jeopardy, but with a new host or something?  Personally, I wish they'd just leave it off a few seasons after the Alex episodes have all aired.   Both out of respect, but also to give us all a chance to miss it before it comes back, ...If that's indeed what they're doing.
