  1. Well it would have to be games that used an analog stick. So, if a collection of games released that required/supported a stick then there you go. I'm just saying that it would be nice if Blaze came out with a controller/handheld that had a stick. It's good to have options. Maybe a firmware update comes out that allows the games to work with one.
  2. I have more games on the way. There are 4 of them and they're loose carts.
  3. I like the color scheme of the new consoles. It reminds me of the 2DS XL with the black/turquoise. Maybe at some point Blaze can come out with a console that has an analog stick and the D-pad. Or just the analog stick. I like both but I prefer having an analog stick. Especially on the handheld. So, perhaps if an EXP2 comes out, it'll have that.
  4. I have an original VS too. But I haven't used it in a few months. Also, I don't have many carts in my collection. I'm waiting for some better collections to release. It'd be nice if one day there was a Saturn/Dreamcast collection.
  5. I know this has been posted in other threads about Champ Games. But I'll post it in my thread anyway. https://champ.games/f/tutankham-arcade-demo-roms-available-for-download I look forward to the physical version. I'll be picking that up once it releases.
  6. Retro Game Boyz has another cool looking gamepad for 2600/7800. Here's the link. https://retrogameboyz.com/products/atari-2600-7800-controller-2600-joystick-control-pad-gamepad-yars
  7. It runs on the default firmware. I never updated my console. The game just works. It's a 16K cart size, I wasn't sure if it was going to work. If it didn't, I would play it on my 7800. Most of my homebrews are 8K cart size. It really depends on the game. Some won't work even if the console is updated. Such as the Champ Games carts. I have one of their games but have to play it on my 7800.
  8. Here's the recent homebrew I got. It works on the 2600+. The game is fun. But there's a bit of a learning curve. It's not as easy as it looks. I crashed many times. Lol. I was able to land safely a few times. The controller I used was a custom 7800 gamepad. There are no game variations or difficulty settings. You get 3 lives then it's game over. If you like Lunar Lander, you'll enjoy this game. I'll be playing L.E.M. some more. I didn't get far enough to dodge the asteroids. Overall it's a good homebrew.
  9. The homebrew is now arriving today. It was showing next week but glad it's sooner.
  10. I never had a Starpath Supercharger but I've heard of it. Also, it would be nice if the 2600+ supported it. Most likely this won't happen. Unless some kind of an adapter comes out.
  11. I like this. It's great. And it would be cool to see Frogger pilot an X-Wing. Lol.
  12. I didn't favor the games on that collection. When I got the Evercade VS, the game was included.
  13. Here's the loose cart I got recently. It's a good game. I don't get that far. But it's still fun to play. At first the cart didn't work. The screen was glitchy. Then the loading failed message appeared. After repositioning the cart it worked fine.
  14. When I played it on the Plus, I had the controller on the left and the character was also the left one. I must've been doing 2 player mode. Next time, I'll do the single player mode with the controller on the right.
  15. I have that game but it has a different label. Also, it took a couple tries to get the cart to work on the console. Sometimes a cart has to be inserted a certain way then it's fine.
  16. I will. Usually I post photos of just the older games and not the homebrews. Maybe this time, I'll show a picture of the homebrew.
  17. I have a loose cart arriving today. As for the homebrew game, that's coming next week.
  18. They sure did. I like Thunderground as well. It's a fun tank game.
  19. That's great. I have some homebrews from the AA store. With another that I recently ordered.
  20. Okay. I'll go back and check. Because the list used to be in a different spot I thought. Maybe they moved it or I just forgot. Update: I just looked and saw the list.
  21. Good to know. My console is on the default firmware. If I got the game, I would play it on my 7800. Hopefully it would work. But as the person above mentioned, there are 2 different bank switching methods. The only way to find out is to buy the game and see what happens.
  22. Robot Tank is a little more difficult to me. But still a good game. I've played it as a ROM. One day I'd like to get the cart. I heard it might not work on a 7800. Not sure if it works on the Plus. I went to check the Atari website for the compatibility list and now it's gone. It was there before. The list was on the item page for the 2600+. Hopefully they bring the list back.
