  1. My 11 year old just sat down at our keyboard and out of the blue started playing the main melody for Rick Wakeman's "Journey to the Center of the Earth."  It wasn't perfect, but not bad doing it by ear after having heard the 30 minute epic a handful of times over the last month.  It must be cool having perfect pitch!

      I picked up Rick Wakeman's "Classic Tracks" album at a flea market a month or so ago and we've listened a couple of times during breakfast, school work & therapy in the mornings.  He likes the songs a lot - it has "Journey", "Catherine Howard" and "Merlin the Magician."  Great record.  I like Yes, but I'm not a super fan. I like Rick Wakeman's solo stuff better actually, though this was my first exposure.  I've been digging into his catalog a bit more since getting this.
