  1. I really wish there were more arcade sticks with the joystick on the right.  Or a simple switch to flip up/down so you could hold it either way.  An adapter to do this would be an interesting small electronics project.

I agree, I much prefer the joystick on the right, or at least in the center so you can more easily choose which hand to use.  Most commercial arcade sticks (the X-Arcade, etc.) seem to be intended mainly for fighting games, but those aren't the games I usually play.

Couldn't agree more!  This is why my custom Edladdin ColecoVision stick has the stick in the center and buttons on each side,...Also BITD I had a Questar CV Stick with the same setup....Like an Idiot I threw it out when it quit working because Leaf Switches,...Kicking myself for not holding onto it another decade or 2, because I'll bet I could have rebuilt it using Sanwa parts...(D'Oh!)

Fully agreed. At the very least, it should be configurable. The Lynx got it right. The Gravis Gamepad got it right. But few others have.

If joysticks weren't supposed to be on the right side, Atari wouldn't have put them there. ;)
