I finally deactivated my FB account. It was like dropping the One Ring - a long time coming hard to do, but had to. Somehow the air smells sweeter, the breeze more gentle and the song of the birds a little bit more beautiful now. FRREEEEDDOOOOOM!

  This is one of many reasons I refuse to sign up for Facebook at all. I've heard stories of quitting Facebook that make quitting smoking sound easy.

  I have one for a couple reasons, it makes signing in to new sites easier from time to time, and I use the "messenger" box to carry on passive conversations with Friends that moved away and stuff, but I don't "look at Facebook", or add stuff to my page, or do friend requests, period. Don't even think I completed the process of putting in all my info. So I use it like a "PC cellphone", and a way to log in to ebay, lol!
