Luc is the greatest! My order is on its way, and Wizard of Wor is among the titles I purchased. I can’t wait!

Wow! I love the concept, Nanochess.

I really need to purchase an LTO Flash so I can play test games like this.

I would pre-order a copy! I hope they decide to re-release Painter.

How many people do we need?
We need at least 3-6 people to get it started (myself included).

I was gaming on the Neo-Geo Aes.

Not sure how you having a bunch of disc-based systems fail relates to this topic--the lasers in those probably will fail. Every secondhand cartridge-based system I've ever had (and bought secondhand cartridges for it) has been spotty with how reliably it played cartridges, often times no matter how well I cleaned the contacts. The OP could return the system, buy another from a different seller, and be right back at square one with another flaky system. Get a partial refund and send it to Best to get it refurbished. Then you'll at least have a reliable console.
Good advice. He could always have the cartridge port replaced, as mentioned earlier in the thread, if the issue worsens.

The Jaguar I recently purchased from a member here doesnt have the problem you mentioned. Everything I play on my system works fine the first time. However, I have purchased a couple of games off eBay that had issues, and they would repeatedly produce the RSOD until I cleaned their connectors.
There could be something wrong with your Jaguar. Have you attempted to clean the systems cartridge port? If that doesnt work, I suggest getting a refund.

I plan on buying every single one of these ST ports, if they’re made available. I’m already excited about 2.4 and the games from 2.3 haven’t even shipped yet!
-
Is this still happening?
Yes, if enough people are interested.

-
A big thank you to everyone who has placed an order. Here's hoping we can get to 2.4 in short order

Any hints on what 2.4 will contain?

Played:
Commando (Jaguar)
Dragon Breed (Jaguar)
Wolfenstein 3D (Jaguar)

While I'm here just a reminder that orders close on Sunday.
Ordering comes to a close and shipping begins shortly thereafter. I cant wait to play both games, especially Flying Shark!

With this ruling Twin Galaxies can no longer recognize Billy Mitchell as the 1st million point Donkey Kong record holder. According to our findings, Steve Wiebe would be the official 1st million point record holder.

Who knows, I guess it will all comes down to how well the console will sell
The plan is of course, to produce as many as we can

I said it before, and I’ll say it again — take my money already!

The last time I encountered an Atari Jaguar in the wild was over fifteen years ago at my local Salvation Army. The system came complete with 2 joypads, all the proper hookups, and 8 games for $75. Yes, I bought it.
I kept the system for three years before selling it on eBay. I cant remember why I sold it, but I do remember regretting my decision later.May I suggest browsing the marketplace forum here on AA for a system? The Jaguar system I own today was purchased through there.
Edit: One thing I forgot to mention - the likelihood of you finding an Atari Jaguar in the wild for cheap (let alone finding one at all) is slim to none. Your choices are either eBay or from communities like this one here.

Doom all the way, baby!

No strategic and sports games !
It's one of the secret rules for ST ports

I know this is a bit off topic, but as a pixel artist I need to ask - what tools are people using to achieve the level of graphics seen in games like this?
Incredible game, btw! It’ll be a day one purchase for me.
