Can we get an un-modded Coleco?
-
That feedback is damn funny.
I love the "I AM CURSED"

Ok people here just need to explode into flame.
Nice trick btw

When I had a pirate famicom system (famicom design style) it had that exact same Mario game. There must be a standard set of games for every pirate system out there.
It is definitely Mario 1.
It's just the title graphics that have changed. It is not the Japanese Mario 2 (Lost Level in USA).

To clean corrosion and rust, I alternate cleaning with isopropyl alcohol 70%+ and vinegar.
It's worked wonders on some compartments..
-
Doesn't look like a pac man to me...just a smiley face.
Sure looks scary to me! Imagine having it on a shelf above your bed as you sleep..you doze a second...then open your eyes..and it's gone.
-
I hate it, quite simply.
Not buying it.

Um, does video game techno count?
I have the best Sonic the Hedgehog techno ever made, by Inter Galactica Dance Club, if anyone wants it.

When you said 2700 I thought of the wireless controller prototype model ><
Or was it combo paddle/joystick..
I forget.

I was cheering when Knights Video Games closed here. Fricken ripoff artists. $10-15 per NES game. Plus they tried to sell you third party crap when they really had the first party ones in the back. They actually flat out lied to me once.
Good riddance.
The less game stores there are, the more games end up in thrift stores, since they can't trade them in for cash at the game store. That makes me happy.
-
Here's the way I see it: if I were alive back then to buy it new, I would have opened it. I mean...you buy it to play it.
-
I always thought Quartet was fun with 2.

CD resurfacing fluid is just distilled water.
The resurfacing is done by the circular disc which grinds away at the cd. (This applies to DVD/CD/Disc Doctor products-I dunno about others)
-
Buzz Bombers rules. Get it.
-
That only applies to if you were going online with PSO. They stored the serials on the servers and if you got a new PSO disc you'd call them to clear it.
Erase the memory on the dreamcast, and you can use a different PSO if needed.
-
if there is already an account on it there is no wayto reset the account and start again.
lol you don't think they'd actually make something that way do you? That would just be retarded.Plug a controller into port b, then put the Sega web browser 1.0 into the
machine. Turn on the system while holding down buttons B and X. Continue to
hold them until the Web Browser's login screen appears.
This erases all internet settings.

You sure there aren't severed wires in the power cord itself and nothing wrong with the system? Try bending the power cord gently at various points while the genesis is on. Use a non-save game though, so nothing screws up.
Forgive me if I missed reading anything..
If the jack itself is loose I'd open it up to take a look.

Oh and wasn't the last boss in Knuckles Chaotix very cool? When I first saw it I thought wow that's starting to showcase the 32x's capability. (No spoilers hehe)
-
I've got Knuckles Chaotix, Star Wars Arcade, and Fahrenheit (32x CD). I like them in that order.
I totally dig Knuckles Chaotix and feel without it there would be a gap in the series. I beat it!
Best 2 player in a 'sonic' game ever!Star Wars Arcade I don't really like, kinda boring, not a huge star wars fan. But the 2 player might be fun. I'd just need to get a 2nd 6 button controller because it is really crappy with the 3.
Fahrenheit...FMV....I played it for a minute and it's just eww. You do notice a color difference using the 32x cd instead of sega cd. All I remember is a guy yelling at me to hurry up because I was going in circles in the burning house.

Got both of em when they were out, thus I loved both

(I love sega!)
Ok, so I had a model 1 Genesis that had problems inside, with corrosion on the cartridge slot pins, headphone jack not working, corrosion near the back ports, and general retardation. So someone on the boards hooks me up with another Gen model 1 that doesn't have those problems. But the case is much worse condition. So I did a switcheroo!
Problem is, I found a new problem! The power jack seems to be very loose when inserting the power supply. Not shaking around or rattling loose, but the PS just doesn't "lock in" like the other system did.
The connection is solid though, I can twist and rock the connector and the power is solid.
Is something broken?
Can I bend that one pin I see down for a "locking in" effect?
I just don't want the PS jack falling out if I move the system.

I've been having a string of bad luck...with a sega cd model 1 in box being shipped with a whole package of nails in the same box. Luckily none of them punctured the sega cd box.
And then the braindead 13 auction...depressing
Oh and there was the Sonic 3D Blast (Sega Saturn) one where it was advertised as superb and excellent condition and it got here with the case busted and dirty and scratches on the disc and I was perturbed.
But then I had good luck and an absolutely smooth transaction with zathras_eleven for a 7800 Midnight Mutants sealed bin.
Some days you just go WTF.

Because I would not want a modded Coleco? That's a good enough reason.
