[Topic for newbies or veterans returning to Atari]

I have an 65XE with ECI (is this exactly the same as the 800XE?). Did Atari released any hardware to be attached in the ECI?.

I am interested in expanding the memory of the 65XE. Which (external) module you recommend if any?. What about going under the hood and solder additional RAM or other internal modules). What are my options?

I've been reading the forum and I'm a bit confused...

[Looking for Dragon Ethernet cart]

Hi everyone. After more than 10 years I have started to use my Atari Computers (800xl and 65xe w/eci). I've been a reader of AtariAge for years...

Anyway, I have discovered a bunch of new developments around Atari 8bit stuff, like the updated Contiki for atari8 and a lot of new hardware. I'm looking to get an Sio2Sd and the Dragon Ethernet cart.

I already built an SIO2PC which is working perfectly with an rs232 USB adapter in Ubuntu (I just compiled sio2linux).

I haven't found any way to get a Dragon Ethernet cart, though.

Any suggestion?.. I am also thinking in expand the memory of my 65XE... But there are too many options...
