But just the fact that your re-creating a non native disk format by using a PC for the ST is just awesome! I know that the ST can do 720, I've owned one forever. It's just my own personal glee in the fact that any piece of software thats pretty much been made is at my finger tips! Don't go kill'n my buzz. Dan

Just wanted to let you all know that I've been using Makedisk for the pc to re-create ST images back onto floppies all weekend, and it works like a champ! In case any of you have never done this, you need to be in an ms-dos mode, XP will not work, so you will need a DOS boot disk. I simply use: makedisk /write diskname.st /auto And Poof! It goes to town! You will need to ignore the error, due to the existing non ST format of the disk, and hit Yes to format it to ST format. Takes less than 3-5 minutes to make a real ST disk on my PC. Which by the way absolutely floors me that this can be done. And don't forget that you need a DS DD 3 1/2 inch floppy, HD will not work! Daniel
