Maybe I don't understand the scoring system, but if it's like the HSC, then team commodore has 6 medals, not 2. I counted: 1 gold, in Hot-Dog(winter games) 2 silvers, Hurdles(summer games) and Ski-Jump(winter games) 3 bronze, 100y-dash(summer games), luge(winter games), and long-jump(track and field). As for weighted medals, I'm against that because it wasn't mentioned in the original post for team signup, and if the medals were weighted, it would cause a lot of unfair and unsportsman-like sniping.

If it helps, I have board revision "A".
-
Just so you know, I haven't seen that topic before.
-
How do I do one? I want to do a 50/60hz mod so I can play games at the right speed. I don't have a disk drive, so more than half of the games that I can play are PAL.

Create an analog joystick for the 2600 that uses the paddles movements for x and y axis'. This would be great for space shooters.

I don't think it would matter unless everyone was using non-atari brand sticks because you have to push hard to make them work anyways.

What Classic Computers do you have?

What's the difference between a commodore 64 and a and a commodore 64c? -
Well, that's because the guy's I got them from couldn't identify them. Since you were able to identify those ones, do you think you can help me with these?
-
Are they worth a lot? I got like 15 of them for a penny a piece.

Commodore 64 is all i've got. I'd like to get an Atari 800 though.... -
I have a whole bunch of these and can't find any info on them. Does anybody know anything about them?

I just looked at the schematics for the SMS I and the card port's pins are the same as the cart port's. I even drew up a little diagram for future reference.

There are a lot of places that make pc boards for very cheap. Like www.futurlec.com, www.barebonespcb.com
-
Goof Off is the same thing as Goo Gone. It only damages certain types of labels, such as 2600 red label games. I don't think stickers are nearly as bad as nail polish. That stuff is freakin' impossible to get off carts.

I need the pinout of the sega cards used on the sms I.

BMX AirMaster PAT & NTSC : what difference????
Tsukasa replied to indianatigre's topic in Atari 2600
The "P" is usually attached to the end of the part number, so it would be CX26190P. Here is a link to AtariAges scan of an NTSC Cart. -
Asteroids 2 is the same thing as asteroids deluxe. I agree with a yars' revenge 2. Crystal castles 2 or battlezone 2 would be nice. Galaga (galaxian 2) would be the best.

Tsukasa replied to indianatigre's topic in Atari 2600
Usually on the label there is a letter "P" if the game is pal. If it's NTSC, there won't be. -
This is very cool, I've never seen the schematic for a menu-driven multicart before. This would be much easier than pulling out my supercharger or eprom burner every time I want to play a game. About the text, you might want to try storing it as individual letters as previously mentioned. Also, it would be a good idea to add decoupling capacitors to the schematic, as well as pulling up or down the correct address lines for when it starts up.

Sorry, I only have two, but there are more where I got them. There is a place called Mendelson's Lliquidation Outlet in Cleveland, Ohio that has tons of obsolete and discontinued chips, as well as a large stock of other electrical and mechanical parts and components. It's a real pain in the ass to go there, but it is well worth it. I found a box of old obsolete chips that were a penny a piece and filled a bag with them. I also got 2 square feet of unetched copper-clad board for a buck. This place is heaven for an electronics hobbyist. It'l probably be a while before I go back up there again, I'll have to make sure I bring a freaking shopping list. It's like the Sam's club of electronics, only cheaper and you don't need a membership or anything like that.

I need the pinout of the AY-3-8700 chip from GI. I found a few of them NOS for 25 cents a piece and I would like to build somethine similar to the coleco telstar combat.
